1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Throvo mobile application ("App") operated by Throvo ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the App.
2. Use of the App
Throvo is designed for personal, non-commercial use to track motorcycle rides, manage vehicle information, and log fuel and service records.
You agree not to:
- Use the App while operating a vehicle in a manner that violates applicable traffic laws
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the App
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
- Use the App in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the service
3. Safety Disclaimer
Do not interact with the Throvo app while riding. Start or stop tracking before you begin or after you finish your ride. Throvo is not a navigation app and should not be used as a substitute for situational awareness while operating a vehicle. You are solely responsible for your safety and compliance with all applicable traffic laws.
4. Accuracy of Data
GPS-based tracking data (distance, speed, elevation) is provided for informational purposes only. Accuracy depends on device hardware, GPS signal quality, and environmental conditions. We make no warranty about the precision of any tracked data. Do not rely on Throvo data for legal, insurance, or safety-critical purposes.
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access.
6. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Throvo and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data you create within the App (rides, notes, records).
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Throvo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or data loss.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
